Exchange/Return Policy

Our small shop prints everything to order. Doing so, helps eliminate dead-stock (over production and waste), helps encourage intentional purchases and builds sustainable demand. As such, we do not accept returns at this time. 

However, some items in unworn, unwashed and undamaged items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please include your original packing slip, and any packaging and tags that came with your original order. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. 

Custom, made to order, vintage wash sweaters, sweater and jogger sets, sale items and items purchased on promotion are final sale. 

If we sent the wrong item or goofed big time, it can be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you with no additional shipping cost.

How do I request an exchange?

To request an exchange, send an email to anabel@shopjoeandsue.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange and we'll help from there. 

What if I bought your items IRL or in-store?

Please refer back to the store's return/exchange policy, as it may be different than ours.
