I hope you are staying healthy and safe wherever you are.
As we shelter in place and physically distance over here, we've made some adjustments to our production and fulfillment process to help keep each other safe. Here's how we are flowing with the changes and some updates on shipping timelines...
Items that are ready to ship from Seattle will be shipped once a week. For all other items, Rose (our woman run business partner and personal superhero) will be going into the printing studio once a week to print and fulfill your orders.
Between the two of us, we've generally been able to get orders out within 3-5 business days. That being said, we've also hit some shipping delays as USPS and UPS have become more and more inundated. (Eg: what is usually a 2-4 business days timeline is looking more like a 2-6 business days timeline). If your order is time sensitive, feel free to send me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll do my best to accommodate.
We are navigating through this uncertain time together. Maybe shopping for things is not top of mind...I'm right there with ya. But, if you have taken time to read this far, have purchased or are purchasing something cozy for yourself or someone else, I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for your orders, tags, messages and requests. They have meant so much!
