Returns + Exchanges


What is your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed and undamaged items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please include your original packing slip, packaging and tags that came with your original order. Custom, made to order and sale items are final sale. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Some items are made to order and are subject to a $4 restocking fee. 

Orders returned outside the 14 day return window will be refunded in the form of shop credit. Your shop credit never expires and is eligible for use on any items on

If we sent the wrong item or goofed big time, it can be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you with no additional shipping cost. 

For refunds, we will refund your item cost (less shipping fees). Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the original purchase.

How do I start a return/exchange?

To request a return, send an email to include the item you'd like you return/exchange along, your order number and reason for return and we'll help you from there.

Remember, items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. Returns received after 2 weeks, will be refunded in the form of shop credit. Shop credit does not expire and can be used at only.  

When can I expect my refund?

We'll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been issued-generally 1-3 business days from receipt.
