Returns/Exchanges

Unworn, unwashed and undamaged items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please include your original packing slip, and any packaging and tags that came with your original order. Custom, made to order, vintage wash sweaters, sale items and items purchased on promotion are final sale. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Returns are subject to a $2.75 restocking fee, per item.

Orders returned outside the 14 day return window will be refunded in the form of shop credit. Your shop credit never expires and is eligible for use at shopjoeandsue.com.

If we sent the wrong item or goofed big time, it can be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you with no additional shipping cost.

How do I start a return/exchange?

To request a return, send an email to hello@shopjoeandsue.com with the item you'd like you return/exchange along with your order number and we'll help you from there.

When can I expect my refund?

We'll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been issued-generally 1-3 business days from receipt. 

What if I bought your items IRL or in-store?

Please refer back to the store's return/exchange policy, as it may be different than ours.
